Avoid installing places with more soot and dust and prevent blocking film on them.5. Keep away from the kitchen and boiler room until it is hot.II. Installation Points1. Foundation should not be inclined horizontally, and the center line of cooling tower should be perpendicular to the uneven surface, otherwise, the distribution of cooling tower will not be as good as that of motor.2. Supports should be adjusted for cooling water pipes above 175t.3. When two or more vegetable water pumps are used, a balanced water pipe should be added between the non-basins.4. Shake-proof throat should be used for connection of circulating water.5. Cooling Tass Fan blade should be consistent with tower wall clearance. It is not allowed to find out the problem and solve it in time if the clearance difference between two sides and three blade sides is too big.6. The motor and reducer should be repaired regularly by the procuratorate, and the oil level of the reducer should be checked.III. Start-up Inspection1. Whether all the screws are tightened or not, there are any debris in the tower.2. Whether the fan and sprinkler system rotate smoothly.3. Check whether the voltage of power supply and motor is the same.4. Whether the belt combination is installed correctly.5. Open the water supply valve to fully fill the basin and water pipe, and the water level is lower than 25 mm of the full throat.6. When starting, check the direction and volume of the wind before the pump and then the fan, and adjust it in time until it meets the requirements.7. When stopping, stop the fan first and then stop the pump.IV. Operational Inspection1. Keep the water tower clean and do water treatment regularly.2. After running for about 60 hours, the belt tension should be re-checked to ensure normal operation.3. The oil level of gear reducer and lubricating oil must be replaced after 150 hours of operation.5. Instructions for Installation and Use of Cross-flow Cooling Towers1. According to the basic map provided by the manufacturer, first of all, the correct embedding of the foundation and the level of the foundation are measured. Otherwise, the corresponding treatment or suspension of installation are required.2. After the foundation checking treatment is completed, the installation of the lower iron frame is completed on the basis of the lower iron frame and the number of iron parts. The column footings of the non-iron frame may be installed in the center of the embedded steel plate, and the upper part of the lower iron frame should be adjusted so that it can be located as far as possible on the same horizontal plane.3. Installation basin and water cylinder combination basin is 15 mm larger than lower iron frame.4. Do a good job of leakage prevention of water basin and water cylinder. See installation instructions for the procedure.5. Weld the bottom plate of the lower iron frame and the corresponding base plate firmly after adjusting. At the same time, fire safety must be done well.6. Complete the installation of the upper iron frame according to the installation drawing of the upper iron frame and the number of the iron parts.7. Adjust the iron frame to make each frame level. The vertical iron frame combination of each column is long, wide, high and diagonal in accordance with the given size. Then tighten all the screws.8.
